How do I book tickets for trips and events?

Our trips and events are advertised on all our social media platforms. Please follow us on: 

To make things simpler and easier for everyone we use a third-party ticket booking system that is automated. We have strict criteria for attendees to ensure ongoing funding and also support our Equality and Diversity Policy. We kindly request that you adhere to all of our terms and conditions for booking as highlighted below:

Important information:

Tickets should under no circumstances be sold on to others, any changes to attendees must be cancelled via the booking site and new attendees registered via the booking site. Any persons not registered through the booking site will not be permitted to attend
• Please only book tickets based on your ethnicity – we have a quota for each ethnicity and if your ethnicity is unavailable then the ticket quota is sold out. Please do not book on another ethnicity as your booking will be cancelled and you will not be permitted to attend on the day
• Please only book tickets if you reside in one of the following Boroughs: Redbridge, Havering, Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Waltham Forest, Hackney and Tower Hamlets. Please do not book if you do not reside in one of these Boroughs as your booking will be cancelled and you will not be permitted to attend on the day
• Please only book a youth/child ticket if our charity has approached your school/organisation and we have an agreement
• Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time or as stipulated on the booking site
• Please bring a copy or proof of your ticket on the day
• You must read, understand and agree to our Supporting Humanity Contributor Release Form
• You must ensure that you are fully compliant with any government guidance regarding health and safety
• Temperatures for all attendees may be taken at all events/trips to ensure the safety of all attending
• If you do not wish for us to post your pictures on any of our platforms, please inform the volunteers when they are taking pictures and refuse for pictures to be taken
• Trips/Events are subject to change and cancellation due to restrictions and/or other extenuating circumstances
• We reserve the right to cancel your ticket if you have previously attended our trips and events. The charity would like to ensure that there is a fair opportunity given to people of all.

When you book your ticket please inform us of any:
• Please only book a volunteer ticket if you are one of the lead volunteers supporting the trip and event
• Please only book the allocated sponsor ticket if you are an approved sponsor

Booking Information:

After you have completed booking your ticket(s) on the booking site, as advertised on our Social Media platforms, you MUST go on to complete the following steps:

To secure your booking you MUST pay the stipulated price on the ticket booking site
• Tickets are non-refundable for no shows
• Please refer to our refund and cancellation
policy for further details.

You must read and agree to our Supporting Humanity Contributor Release Form. Please take care to read the correct form, there is one for adults and one for children.
• You may be required to provide proof of age ID for those over 65s (Passport/Driving Licence)

Without ticket payment, agreement to our Supporting Humanity Contributor Form and presenting ID proof upon request your booking will be cancelled.
