Moonwalk
Each year, Supporting Humanity holds a Moonwalk, Moon-run, and Moon-cycle to mark World Mental Health Day. People of all ages and generations are warmly invited to take part, raising money to support mental wellbeing activities while enjoying a fun day out together as a family.
Above all, these events are about raising awareness of mental health and helping to break down the stigma that so often surrounds it.
