Empowering Minds Through Fitness combines core training, stroke-specific exercises, and mindfulness-based movement. Led by a professional football and stroke-fitness coach, the class supports women of all ages in developing strength, stamina, balance, and emotional resilience. The session aims to uplift participants through structured fitness techniques that nurture both body and mind.
