Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower individuals aged 60 and above by providing free, dynamic, and engaging workshops that promote better health, boost confidence, and encourage active lifestyles. Through a variety of activities—including aerobics, calligraphy, computer skills, and open discussions around health and well-being—we create a supportive space where people can connect, learn, and thrive.

We are dedicated to enhancing mental health, fostering friendships, and helping participants and their families enjoy fuller, more active lives.

Vision Statement

Our vision is to expand the Over 60s Workshop into a nationally recognized program that champions positive aging. By demonstrating its impact on mental well-being, physical health, confidence, and social connectedness, we aim to grow this initiative across the UK.

We envision a future where older adults have widespread access to spaces that promote healthy lifestyles, informed choices, and strong community bonds—empowering every person to live with dignity, joy, and purpose.
