Art Therapy 2024

Supporting Humanity runs quarterly free Art therapy classes, using various art techniques to support the mental wellbeing of attendees. Each class has a different theme and allows participants to express their emotions through their creativity.

Each lesson is attended by emotional support volunteers should any attendees require some face to face support outside the room. The class is run by Sumy Khoda, qualified in emotional support and Chair of Trustees. Sumy has a background in art and is able to draw on her experiences to help drive creativity in the classes.
