Jill has a wealth of risk management and audit experience amongst financial services firms. Her natural empathetic nature helps ensure the Charity remains focused on its core values and aims.

Tahreem Noor is an award-winning humanitarian, ex-educator, and marketing strategy & communications professional who brings a strong track record in business development and community leadership to Supporting Humanity. A recognised TV and radio host, she uses her platform to champion positive representation for British Muslims while actively delivering aid on the ground. Despite balancing life as a working professional, single mother, and caregiver, Tahreem has expanded Supporting Humanity’s wellbeing services over the years, leading impactful programmes in mental health, bereavement, youth outreach, and community support. Her dedication has earned national recognition, including the British Citizen Award Certificate and the London Dangoor Award, to name a few. Tahreem is known for blending strategic insight with grassroots compassion, creating safe, accessible spaces where individuals and families can find support and connection.

Emotional Wellbeing team
The Mental health team is led by Ilyas Ibrahim, Sofia Bhatti and Dr Zuzana Winter.
Ilyas and Sofia are passionate about the mental health cause and undertake a lot of charity work supporting communities near and afar. Dr Zuzana is a chartered clinical psychologist and has over 10 years’ experience with the NHS and been fascinated by psychology, human resilience, what makes some people thrive and prosper whilst others seem to struggle. Supporting Humanity has a number of emotional support volunteers across Level 2, 3 and 4. The volunteers come from a wealth of backgrounds, ensuring there is diversity in engagement but a common goal in mind: helping those in need.

Jay Ahmed
Jay Ahmed is a senior healthcare leader and strategic advisor with extensive experience across quality, safety, governance, and system improvement within the NHS. She currently works at group executive level in one of the largest NHS trusts in the country, supporting the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer on complex programmes of work spanning patient safety, clinical assurance, workforce, and board governance.
As a Strategic Advisor to Supporting Humanity, Jay supports the organisation in developing its strategy, ensuring that programmes are delivered with rigour, compassion, and long-term sustainability.

Gad Kabaku
Compliance Lead
Gad is a compliance, governance, and risk professional with experience across investment management and regulated financial services. He supports Supporting Humanity by strengthening policies, governance processes, and risk oversight – helping ensure the charity operates responsibly, securely, and in line with good practice.
