It’s been almost four years since my father has passed. Still remember the amazing support you guys provided, helping bring his body from the hospital to the mosque and then to the graveyard. The amazing brothers that supported with the ghusal.

The respect and dignity he was shown, still feel so humbled by how everything worked out. We miss him dearly but remember how the charity helped us at this difficult time. Always make duas for you all.

I attend the over 60s social club session@Katherine Road which I find extemely good for my Wellbeing. I have also made some lovely new friends that has build my social skills. All the team at Supporting Humanity have been wonderful and ever so encouraging and helpful. I recommend anyone over the age of 60 to attend these sessions that the community provide for us all.

It’s nice to meet everyone as I rarely go out. I love doing quiz and puzzles, games and plus you learn something new every time. I love doing exercise with everyone as I can’t do it on my own.

It’s very good, enjoyable socialising with everyone. Volunteers are really nice and helpful

I’m so happy it’s doing something for the elderly and getting them out of their cacoon.

I attend the the yoga class every Saturday morning with our exceptional teacher Nasim. It is definitely an hour well spent.

We are sent a WhatsApp reminder a day in advance of the class by our lovely volunteers.

Look forward to it every week meeting old and new attendees.
