Ladies relax and healing class on Saturday am
Alhamdulillah joining the yoga class has been such a positive step for me for anxiety and health purposes as it allows me to clear my mind weekly and every week I look forward to it. With regular classes and cost of living increased, healing has improved my mood, reduce stress and affordable and stay active as well as focused more into my daily routine with satisfaction. I would encourage anyone out there to take up these classes at any age without any hesitation and staff are very helpful and friendly.JZK
