I have personally experienced the support of Supporting Humanity on two separate occasions and I cannot speak highly enough of them. During some of the most difficult times in my life, they were absolutely amazing, consistently going above and beyond to ensure I felt supported and understood what was happening.

Their professionalism is outstanding, yet they approach everything with genuine compassion and kindness, making them an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and their support made a truly meaningful difference when I needed it most.

We were deeply grateful for the compassionate support of Funeral Director Service Supporting Humanity, during the loss of our uncle. They guided us through every step – from contacting the coroner’s office and obtaining the interim death certificate and burial order, to arranging the collection of his body from the morgue. Their team even walked my brother through the ghusl and ensured the Janaazah proceeded smoothly. Their dedication eased an otherwise overwhelming time.

Serving Humanity supported us through the whole process when my niece died.

They contacted the hospital to arrange the signatures for the body release and collected the body when all the paperwork was completed.

As a Muslim, it was important for speed of burial but also ensuring everything is done with humility and privacy which they did beautifully.

They stored the body at their morgue and performed the body cleaning process (Ghusl) the brought the body to where we going to view her face. This took off a lot of stress and cost for us which is so helpful.

They also arranged the grave and burial so they managed everything for us.

What an amazing service.

Specially the brothers that assisted and guided us through the ghusal. I personally was very apprehensive about it but the brothers talked, guided and assisted us through the process with so much kindness and patience.

May Almighty reward you all abundantly for the timely help, support and guidance you had provided without which I would have been completely lost.
